mod_Template
This site was designed using mod_template. mod_template is an apache module that merges a "html template" with a group select webpages. This design was to allow a group of pages to look the same without having to change each one individually. Individual changes can cause errors or other issues and increases the chance for mistakes, which will be eliminated by mod_template. Check it out. You will notice that all my pages look the same. Update for mod_template allows for the modification date to match the latest of the merged files. This allows the page to always be current in the browser cache.
